Abstract:
A novel human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B allele, B*4075, is the close matching allele B*40060101 by one nucleotide substitution in exon 2, at position 272 C-->G, which leads to a amino acid change at codon 67 from Ser to Cys (S67C).
