Abstract:
In the paper the author tries to explain the formality and frequently groundlessness of categorization into three groups of divergence between clinical and postmortem diagnoses. She believes that such an assessment valuation is inadequate for the judgment about the quality of a therapeutic-and-diagnostic quality and that the clinical diagnosis should be made in due time.
