Dual ANCA positivity in subacute bacterial endocarditis

This study reports two novel cases of subacute bacterial endocarditis (SBE) linked to dual anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) positivity. Awareness of this ANCA association can prevent misdiagnosis and inappropriate immunosuppressive treatments.
