Mucocutaneous ulcerations secondary to methotrexate

Methotrexate (MTX) can rarely cause mucocutaneous ulcerations. A patient with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis developed oral and skin ulcerations after an MTX dose increase, which resolved upon MTX discontinuation.
