Reflux inhibitors: a new approach for GERD?

Many patients on proton pump inhibitors still experience GERD symptoms due to ongoing reflux. New reflux inhibitors targeting transient lower esophageal sphincter relaxations (TLESRs) show promise for better symptom control.
