Summary
This study reports the first transvaginal liver resection using Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) and minilaparoscopy. The minimally invasive procedure was successfully performed on a patient with a liver metastasis, demonstrating safety and feasibility.
