    Findings:

    • The autoimmune deafness was associated with oropharyngeal and laryngeal dysfunction.
    • Oculopalpebral anomalies were also observed in conjunction with the other symptoms.

    Implications:

    • This case underscores the complex and multi-systemic nature of myasthenia gravis.
    • Highlights the importance of considering audiovestibular and neurological assessments in myasthenia gravis patients.
