[Study of viral sensitivity to the disinfectant Peral-S using the "floating technique"]

Abstract:
By means of the so-called "floating technique" we investigated the virucidal effect of the "Peral-S" disinfectant towards the Herpes simplex type I and the Coxsackie B6 viruses. We determined that "Peral-S" expresses its virucidal effect on both of the mentioned viruses within 30 seconds in the concentration of 0.1%. The results received confirm the already known features of per-acid based disinfectants as powerful virucides.
