Summary

A novel perfusion method (PM) plus intrabone marrow (IBM)-bone marrow transplantation (BMT) treats autoimmune diseases by minimizing T cell contamination. This method also identifies age-associated diseases as mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) disorders.
