Purpose of the Study:

  • To retrospectively analyze the clinical outcomes of brain metastases treated with CyberKnife.
  • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CyberKnife in managing brain metastases.

Main Methods:

  • Retrospective analysis of 40 patients with 68 brain metastases treated with CyberKnife.
  • Dosage: 18-36 Gy total dose (5-25 Gy/F, 1-5 F).
  • Evaluation of clinical symptom remission, new foci, local control, and survival rates over 14 months.

Main Results:

  • 90.0% clinical remission within 1 week; 77.9% local control at 3 months.
