From ethnography to the EAST method: a tractable approach for representing distributed cognition in Air Traffic

Command and control (C2) activities are complex and require systemic approaches. This study introduces the Event Analysis for Systemic Teamwork method to practically apply distributed cognition beyond traditional ethnography for analyzing C2.
