Abstract:
Fracture of the catheter very much is rarely connected with the met complication with long-term therapy. In the described case it reached for damaging the catheter in the place of connecting it with the chamber of port as a result of a sudden move made by the patient. The fractured fragment of the catheter moved into the right atrium and the right chamber, but in spite of such a location he wasn't manifested with no clinical symptoms. While removing the catheter with the help of the Goose Snare by the inferior vena cava, reached for cutting it in two in the light of the femoral vein what caused the necessity of the surgical intervention.
