[Detection of brain astrocytes by the immunohistochemical method after craniocerebral injury]

The objective of this study was to develop a simple reproducible technique for selective detection of astrocytes based on the immunohistochemical reaction with glial fibrillar acid protein. It is concluded that the proposed method makes possible detailed characteristic of astrocyte response to a craniocerebral injury.
