How does typicality of category members affect the deductive reasoning? An ERP study

The typicality effect shows that typical category members are processed faster than atypical ones. This study used a new deductive reasoning task and event-related potentials (ERPs) to reveal how typicality influences cognitive processing during category-based reasoning.
