Terminal triplication of the left vertebral artery: a unique variation

This case report details a rare triplication of the left vertebral artery in a 75-year-old male, forming the basilar artery. This unique vascular anomaly also included an aberrant right subclavian artery and a right vertebral artery originating from the carotid artery.
