[Laryngeal cryptococcosis revealing AIDS: a case report]

A rare laryngeal cryptococcal infection in a 65-year-old woman with HIV was successfully treated with antifungal medications. This case highlights the importance of considering cryptococcosis in immunocompromised patients presenting with hoarseness.
