Abstract:
Cornea is an ideal target organ for gene therapy.Corneal alkali burn,corneal neovascularization and corneal graft rejection tend to be with poor treatment efficacy due to its complex pathogenesis.This article aims to update the recent progress of gene therapy on corneal diseases.
