Summary

Giant prostatic urethral calculi are rare in young patients. This study presents the largest prostatic calculus treated endoscopically using laser and pneumatic lithotripsy, offering a minimally invasive approach.

  • A combined approach using laser and pneumatic lithotripsy facilitated stone fragmentation and removal.
  • This endoscopic method proved effective for managing this exceptionally large calculus.

  • Endoscopic treatment with laser and pneumatic lithotripsy offers a viable, minimally invasive alternative for giant prostatic calculi.
  • This approach may reduce the need for open surgical procedures.
  • Highlights advancements in endourological techniques for complex urinary stone management.
