Summary

Microlaryngeal phonosurgery (MLPS) significantly improved voice quality in patients with vocal polyps. Acoustic analysis showed decreased shimmer, harmonic-to-noise ratio, and fundamental frequency after surgery, indicating better vocal outcomes.
