Background:

- Infliximab is a potential therapeutic option for refractory sarcoidosis or those with corticosteroid intolerance.
- Tight patient surveillance is essential to detect and manage adverse events during Infliximab therapy.
- Further research is warranted to understand Infliximab's role in sarcoidosis pathogenesis and management.
