  • Statistical analysis assessed sensitivity and specificity of individual and combined measures.
  • Main Results:

    • Graphic angle measurement alone showed limited sensitivity and specificity for Menière's disease diagnosis.
    • The highest equilibrium between sensitivity (62.79%) and specificity (60.71%) was found at specific cutoff points for angle and SP/AP ratio.
    • Combining angle measurement with SP/AP ratio increased sensitivity (88.37%) but decreased specificity (50%).

    Conclusions:

    • Graphic angle measurement is insufficient as a standalone diagnostic tool for Menière's disease.
    • While the combination of graphic angle measurement and SP/AP ratio enhances sensitivity, it compromises the specificity of the electrocochleography test.
