Disturbed sleep, a novel risk factor for preterm birth?

Poor sleep may contribute to preterm birth (PTB) risk. While initial findings showed a link, further research is needed to confirm if disturbed sleep is an independent or mediating factor in adverse pregnancy outcomes.
