Saurian papulosis: a new clinicopathological entity

Summary
A new skin condition, saurian papulosis, is described, characterized by unusual epidermal keratinization. This disorder presents as widespread, symmetric, erythematous papules with fine scaling, distinct from other keratinization disorders.

- Lesional skin exhibited weaker immunoexpression for connexin 43 compared to normal skin.
- The condition appeared to have a familial component in both cases.

- This study describes a novel clinicopathologic entity, termed "saurian papulosis."
