[The quality of medical nurses' caring in hospitals]
Abstract:
The study to provide the data for developing the recommendations enhancing the quality and effectiveness of medical nurses' activities was organized on the basis of the Republican clinical hospital of the City of Makhachkala, the Republic of Dagestan in 2007-2009. The expertise revealed that 36.9% of medical manipulations lacked needed quality, 39.4% provided untimely. The standards of nursing medical care followed in 50% and in 32.6% the level of culture of medical care was inadequate. The ward nurses in 18.8% of cases do not perform the health promotion activities. More than one third of paid medical nurses does not regularly undergo the post-graduate training.
