[Tutelage and management: better knowledge for a better use]

At present, almost half of tutelages pronounced, are management's tutelages. However, legislation and rules of provision's patronage are complex and appear misunderstood with themselves who regularly use them in their practice. A reminder of legal feasibilities but also of their eventual disadvantages is appeared necessary to the authors. Who can do what and how? The roles of each protagonist are related in detail, with pragmatism.
