[Erosive lichen planus with oral and plantar involvement]

We present herein a case of an unusual variant of lichen planus characterized by chronic and painful ulcerations of the feet, erosive oral lesions and nail alterations. We emphasized the importance of the oral lesions in the correct diagnostic of these patients.
