Management qualities their effect on satisfaction, part 2

Abstract:
Actions by a management team have been shown to have a direct result in the job satisfaction of employees. A study was conducted to gather feedback from radiologic technologists on their perceptions of how management skills affected their job performance, communication, and overall satisfaction as an employee. Ability to communicate with staff, conflict management skills, ability to teach staff, and perceived corrective action skills are the four key management qualities that relate to employee satisfaction. Based on the findings, it would be prudent for managers to analyze their own skills and either acquire or seek improvement on those skills that are lacking.
