Supine thoracolumbar sagittal spine alignment: comparing computerized tomography and plain radiographs

This study establishes supine reference Cobb angles for spinal sagittal alignment using plain radiographs and CT scans. Both imaging methods demonstrated excellent reliability for assessing spinal alignment in supine trauma patients.
