Relationship between reactive strength variables in horizontal and vertical drop jumps.

This study found a strong relationship between vertical and horizontal drop jumps (DJ) for reactive strength. Horizontal drop jumps are reliable and may enhance reactive movements, especially those not needing very short ground contact times.
