[A case of giant prostatic cystadenoma]

• Preoperative evaluation included elevated prostatic acid phosphatase and gamma-seminoprotein.
• Anterior pelvic exenteration was performed due to tumor size and suspicion of malignancy.
• The resected tumor weighed 660g, exhibited a multicystic structure, and stained positive for prostatic specific antigen (PSA) via immunohistochemistry, confirming prostatic origin.

Implications:

• This case highlights a rare presentation of a large prostatic tumor.
• Prompt surgical intervention and definitive pathological diagnosis are crucial for management.
