Abstract:
Treatment of primary Sjögren's syndrome is adapted to the initial evaluation of symptom and extraglandular manifestation according to the damage/activity ratio. Symptomatic treatment is systematic, whereas systemic treatment is limited to the active extra glandular forms. There is no international treatment consensus. Biologics are currently evaluated.
