Highly efficient broadband conversion of light polarization by composite retarders

Summary

Researchers developed efficient broadband polarization converters using sequences of ordinary retarders, inspired by quantum physics composite pulse techniques. This innovation offers a novel approach for manipulating light polarization across a wide spectrum.
