Summary

Swept-source anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) offers excellent repeatability for central corneal thickness (CCT) measurements and pachymetric mapping. While AS-OCT, spectral-domain retinal OCT, and ultrasound pachymetry show high correlation, AS-OCT provides superior repeatability.
