Diagnostic value of serologic tests in celiac screening

Tissue transglutaminase antibody (tTG) is the most effective screening test for diagnosing celiac disease in children. Other tests like anti-gliadin antibody (AGA) and anti-endomysial antibody (EMA) showed less diagnostic value.
