Comparative evaluation of calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite on soft-tissue dissolution

Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solutions demonstrated faster tissue dissolution than calcium hypochlorite (Ca(OCl)(2)) solutions within the initial 35 minutes. However, all tested irrigants showed similar tissue dissolution rates after 35 minutes.
