Summary

Dendritic cells and macrophages were mapped in the human thymus. These immune cells, including dendritic cells (S100+, CD1a+, CD207+, CD11c+), were found in the cortex, medulla, and Hassall bodies, suggesting a role in T-cell differentiation.
