Endobronchial hamartomas are benign lung tumors. Flexible bronchoscopic electrocautery offers a safe and minimally invasive treatment option for these rare airway neoplasms.

- Pulmonary hamartomas are benign lung neoplasms, accounting for 6% of solitary pulmonary nodules.
- They present as intraparenchymal (90%) or endobronchial (10%) types.
