Researchers established functional T helper 17 (Th17) clones specific to the Wilms' tumor 1 (WT1) antigen. These antigen-specific Th17 clones can help conventional CD4(+) T cells proliferate, offering a new tool for studying Th17 roles in tumor immunity.
