Abdominal computed tomography (CT) identified a large gastric lipoma in the antral region.

Findings:

Computed tomography is a valuable diagnostic tool for identifying gastrointestinal lipomas.
Gastric lipomas are frequently overlooked in the differential diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal submucosal masses due to their rarity.

Implications:

Accurate diagnosis of gastric lipomas is crucial for appropriate patient management.
