Patients with pseudoexfoliation (PEX) glaucoma exhibit higher carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (CF-PWV) compared to healthy individuals. Increased CF-PWV may serve as a risk factor for developing PEX glaucoma.

- Elevated CF-PWV may represent a potential risk factor for the development or progression of PEX glaucoma.
