The effect of simulated normal and amblyopic higher-order aberrations on visual performance

Summary

Simulated amblyopic higher-order aberrations did not significantly impact visual acuity or contrast sensitivity in normal eyes. These findings suggest that higher-order aberrations alone do not cause reduced visual function in amblyopia.
