Some technical considerations in primary rhinoplasty
Abstract:
Technique in rhinoplasty is discussed in terms of safety, facility, and versatility. Nasal appearance results from the anatomic variation of the component parts. Technique should reflect modifications necessary to correct unpleasant features while respecting anatomic limitations. Techniques are described for dorsal reduction and tip modification by methods that consider surgical exposure and the relation between structural anatomy and external appearance.
