Multimodal imaging findings in retinal deep capillary ischemia

Retinal deep capillary ischemia (DCI) presents subtle imaging findings, distinct from superficial capillary ischemia (SCI). Optical coherence tomography is the most sensitive method for detecting DCI in acute and chronic phases.
