    • Elevated serum silver levels confirmed systemic silver accumulation.

    • This case highlights a unique presentation of geographic maculopathy secondary to ocular argyrosis.
    • The findings suggest that chronic colloidal silver ingestion can lead to significant ocular toxicity.
