Abstract:
The author presents the evolution of elite sport in its technical ways and records after the success of the Olympic Games in London (2012). He reflects on the limits of the human body in the records of speed, pole vault and high and long jumps. At the same time, he comments the situation of the current Spanish sport great success. Likewise, he presents the aftermath in the human body from other sports like mountaineering and cycling.
