Converting existing removable dentures to provisional fixed prostheses presents an economical option for patients with financial constraints.

Observation:

An elderly patient sought a fixed restoration for her edentulous mandible.
Traditional diagnostic and treatment methods were employed.

Findings:

The case report details the successful conversion of a removable denture to a provisional fixed prosthesis.
Synergy between periodontist and restorative dentist was crucial.

Implications:

Effective communication and meticulous planning are vital for achieving successful and cost-effective dental implant treatments.
This approach provides a viable, economical alternative for patients requiring full-arch mandibular restorations.
