J point elevation as a predictor of premature ventricular beats

Early repolarization pattern (ERP) with J point elevation ≥0.15 mV significantly increases the risk of premature ventricular beats. This common ECG variant indicates a higher arrhythmogenic potential, highlighting its clinical importance.
