[Determination of phospholipids using thin-layer chromatography with subsequent densitometry]

The per cent ratio of phospholipid subclasses has been studied by thin-layer chromatography and densitometry; this technique does not involve the preparation of calibration curves after the phospholipids are detected by Vaskovsky's reagent.
