[A method of determining erythrocyte aggregation in clinical practice]
Intensification of the red cell aggregation results in considerable disorders of the hemorheologic characteristics, a most important component in the pathogenesis of many diseases. The author suggests the following method for the diagnosis of hyperaggregation: aggregate formation in the blood diluted 100-fold with autoplasma is examined microscopically with the blood simulating its natural flow in the microcirculatory vessels.
