Postoperative irrigation therapy after sinonasal tumor surgery

Post-operative sinonasal care with saline alone is as effective as saline with corticosteroids for tumor resection patients. Steroid irrigations are not recommended for sinonasal tumor recovery, as they did not improve healing outcomes.
